Getting Real about Authenticity

The Authentic Leadership course focuses on the journey to authentic ‘self-hood’. It is designed at targeted teams to help them individually and collectively to:

  • communicate more authentically and effectively
  • learn from all of their internal ‘selves’ – not just the good bits
  • create, experience and harness the power of the authenticity vibe in relationships
  • find their authentic voice in service to the whole
  • embrace the paradoxes of living and leading authentically
  • creatively synthesize opposites
  • be more response-able not reactive
  • see others more fully.

inspiration
Indigenous communities honour service to the group and are less impressed with rugged individualism. Indigenous leadership tends to be holistic and look at all elements, not allowing the rational and logical to exclude other ways of knowing.
